Visiting Professors – Criminal Law and Procedure

Position Announcement

UMass Law welcomes applications for two Visiting Professor positions to begin July 1, 2025.

Successful candidates will teach Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure in fall 2025 and spring 2026. Applicants must be able to teach in the day and evening divisions as needed. The contract term will run through May 31, 2026.

Minimum qualifications: Applicants must have a law degree, strong academic credentials, and demonstrated commitment to teaching excellence. Preferred qualifications: We prefer applicants with relevant law school teaching experience.

Clery Disclosure Notice of Availability

In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth publishes an Annual Security and Fire Safety Report.
