Assistant/Associate/Full Professor – Property Law

UMass Law welcomes applications for a tenure-track or tenured faculty position to begin July 1, 2023. The faculty member will likely teach Property Law within the law school’s first-year curriculum, as well as electives in any area of Intellectual Property (Copyright, Trademark, or Patent).
UMass Law is the Commonwealth’s only public law school. Minimum qualifications: Candidates must have a law degree, a strong academic record, and demonstrated potential to produce outstanding scholarship. Preferred qualifications: Prior law teaching experience and published scholarship.
